Mid-level associate to join this growing Corporate team in Singapore.  You will advise local and global clients conducting business throughout the Asian Pacific region.

The Right Candidate

• This role would suit an associate who is seeking long term career prospects, increased responsibility and the opportunity to work closely with partners and clients on a day to day basis.
• A minimum of 2+ years’ post qualification experience in Corporate/M&A from a well-regarded Firm
• Previous experience in M&A is required and wider experience of corporate finance, capital markets and private equity work desirable.
• Self-confident, proactive, pragmatic approach to tasks and projects
• Ability to work well in both a team and individually
• Desire to be proactively involved in business development and marketing with a view to handling
• networking and client contact from the outset
• No Asian language skills are required for this role
