The Role
NQ – 2 PQE preferably E&W qualified or its equivalent in a common law jurisdiction
Focus on general banking, trade finance, syndicated loans, acquisition finance, structured trade and commodity finance and telecoms finance
Experience in banking & finance with leading international firm
Experience with drafting corporate authorities, facility agreements, security documents and legal opinions
Transaction management including dealing with local counsel, conditions precedent satisfaction and other transaction closing
