Top US law firm with an international client base requires a capital markets associate for their Singapore office.

Job description

Firm with a leading reputation for working in practice areas such as Corporate, Litigation, Projects, Finance and Energy.

The job role will be suitable for a cap mkts associate with top firm pedigree.  Some exposure to M&A work will be looked upon favourably.  You will work alongside some of the leading cap markets lawyers in Asia.

The Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate will have a solid grounding in corporate and cap markets work and work in a team on various matters with a number of the partners.

Key Requirements

• Top academics from high end US/UK (or common law equivalent) University;
• Lateral from peer US or Magic Circle firm
• Experience with overseas offerings, 114A and Reg S looked upon favourably
• Experience on English IPO and LSE experience looked upon favourably
• Work will involve disclosure drafting, managing projects and working closely with a top of market experienced team
