Leading international commercial law firm requires a senior associate for their Corporate & Securities practice.

Client base

A range of high level corporate, Government, insurance and regulated entities across Hong Kong and internationally. The successful candidate will proactively manage a range of Corporate matters, providing clients with commercially focused solutions.

Ideal Candidate

As a Senior Associate you may be working in a similar commercial law firm, and enjoy the challenge of taking on matters autonomously, seeking guidance and support as required.  Ideally you will have strong experience in funds, private equity and/or mergers & acquisitions matters.

The successful candidate will be admitted in a common law jurisdiction and will be required to obtain admission in Hong Kong in due course.

You will also have:

• solid mergers & acquisitions related work and private equity investments experience;
• funds experience,
• solid experience in drafting documents and attending negotiations;
• strong business development experience and the ability to build new client relationships;
• the ability to run a team; and
• fluency in English (the ability to operate at a business level in Mandarin is desirable but not essential).
