3. EW, ANZ, SG or equivalent common law bar
4. Magic Circle or Silver Circle preferred or experience at a leading international finance practice
5. Experience in working with some of the following areas: acquisition finance, general banking, secured lending, project finance, syndicated loan facilities
6. Singapore law qualification looked upon favourably
